- In charge of the Human Resource aspect for a student organization, that fosters and promotes social entrepreneurship, including recruitment and management of over 70 members.
- Led the rebranding effort for the organization to rebuild the brand on campus.
- Coordinated weekly meetings for over 20 attendees to facilitate knowledge transfer and team building amongst the SIFE members.
- Screened, interviewed and selected candidates for the next year’s SIFE Executive team.
- By the end of my term, SIFE Simon Fraser had 85 active members, 10 active projects and placed Top 10 at the SIFE National Competition at year-end.
