Co-Project Manager

TEDxSFU 2012 was named one of the greatest TEDx event of 2012 by TED’s content director Kelly Stoetzel at the 2013 TEDActive Conference.

• Lead a team of 14 SFU students & alumni to put on the 2^nd annual TEDxSFU conference
• Managed all aspects of the event: marketing, communications, logistics & sponsorship on time and within the budget
• Secured in-kind and cash sponsorship for the project totalling $8,500
• Worked with the project team to create legacy documentation & refine internal processes to ensure conference sustainability. The fifth annual TEDxSFU event is taking place this on November 15th.
